We'll what can we say, Angus and Alex have all the experience, knowledge and are more than willing to help you with all your HIFI needs. We bought a Marantz Amp off them a few years ago, which was a fantastic purchase. We recently needed to upgrade our HDMI cords to connect all our 4k home theatre setup and purchase a Universal disc player. So we went straight back to Miranda hifi in Fyshwick and spoke to Angus and saw Alex, who helped us and gave us a great deal. We are now SETUP and WOW, its just UNBELIEVABLE. and our neighbour said we nearly vibrated him out of his unit,(Opps) it wasn't even turned up LOL. We cannot say enough about the whole team at Miranda hifi except. WHY WOULD YOU SHOP ANY WHERE ELSE!!! We won't, Mick and Nicki

Staff knowledge, 5 stars. Staff polite & professional, 5 stars. Quality of merchandise, 5 stars. Honestly you cannot go wrong. Purchased my first sound system from Miranda back in 2003 and have then gone back and back again for: headphones, amps, home theatre, more headphones, portable dacs, sound advice and accessories/cables. They're always on top of both the latest technologies and traditional setups. From electrostatic to magnetic planar they'll have what you need, and be able to advise you on it from a highly technical view or layman's terms. Easy 5 stars, I'd give more if I could.

I can't rate these guys highly enough. The staff are polite and friendly, knowledgeable and professional, patient and helpful. After ringing around getting prices and suffering through some really average customer experiences it was very refreshing to talk with someone who was polite from the outset. A big thanks to Alex for helping me choose the AVR which would best suit my requirements.

Alex and his team assisted me last week with skilled professionalism, respect and humour. They had what I needed very quickly and were able to advise me how to install with aplomb. Not only that Alex gave me a great price on an interconnect.

Best Hi Fi shop in Canberra hands down. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They are so good I have no need to shop anywhere else. Everything they have promised or advised me of has come to be true and accurate, which is rare to find. I know they are great for high end gear, however they do all budgets and will look after you with good old fashion service. I love shopping here I just wish I had more money to do so. You won't regret shopping here, and what have you got to lose giving them a try. All the best, Peter M.

Great customer service, extensive knowledge of products. Went over and beyond to ensure my home theatre system captures all the nuances in various sound. Cannot recommend the team at Miranda enough! Support this business if you want high quality, niche products.

Very pleasant service & outstanding products are the two things I love most about this firm. There are no goons on the door, like at the kiddy hifi store, and they are happy to demo the gear for you in the sound labs. Prices seem very competitive to me, and the parking is much better than before.

Angus was extremely helpful when I talked to him about replacing an amplifier that had died. Picked up the unit today and it is great. I now have music again that is crisp and pleasant to listen to. Excellent service, delivered very quickly, great unit (Rotel A11 MK2). Would recommend Miranda Hi-Fi Thanks again.

I recently purchased a new cart for my Rega P3 from Miranda and after installing it I wasn't sure if I had done it correctly. Trevor said to bring in the turntable with a few records and he would check it. After a bit of fine-tuning it sounds great. Couldn't be more grateful for the service from Trevor, and the opportunity to listen to some of cool HiFi gear without feeling any pressure. Thanks again. I highly recommend Miranda HiFi.
